What you’ll need to participate in a memoir writing workshop: A willingness to take chances with your own writing, and an open and generous attitude toward your fellow writers’ projects (absolutely required). You’ll also need a way to make readable copies of your writing to share in the workshop. Experience required: None

Reimagining Our Stories: Parenting in the Wake of Addition: I’m collaborating with therapist Lisa Beth Hammer to co-lead a memoir workshop, “Reimagining Our Stories: Parenting in the Wake of Addiction.” We will meet on six Tuesday evenings starting in April, from 6:30 – 8:30 p.m. at Inn Along the Way, 741 Main Street in Damariscotta.
